  • The equipment must be in its original packaging, undamaged.

  • A purchase receipt is required to determine the item's value.

  • Only items exempt from customs duties and VAT can be shipped.

  • Shipments weighing 30 to 50 kg are only available from branch No. 4 in Warsaw (Warszawa, Generała Józefa Zajączka, 11).

  • Within Ukraine, packages over 30 kg are only delivered by courier.

Rates for shipments over 30 kg:

  • 5 PLN per kg

  • Address delivery – 15 PLN

  • If the item's value exceeds 4500 PLN, an additional customs broker fee of 70 PLN applies.

How Much Does Shipping from Ukraine to Poland Cost?

Rates for shipments from Ukraine to Poland (including branch, parcel locker, or address delivery):

  • Small shipment (up to 2 kg) – 250 UAH

  • Medium shipment (up to 10 kg) – 325 UAH

  • Large shipment (up to 30 kg) – 400 UAH

  • Courier – +100 UAH

The declared value of the shipment must be up to 44 euros. If it exceeds this amount, the "Global Delivery" service with different rates applies.
