1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Offer, Agreement) posted on the website https://heybus.com.ua/ is an official offer of Expocentre with LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY «AUTOLINE ODESSA», hereinafter referred to as HeyBus, to enter into an agreement for the purpose of search and/or purchase of tickets for bus transportation of passengers and luggage on the terms and conditions set forth below.

1.2 Acceptance (acceptance) of this Offer means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of all terms and conditions without any exceptions and/or limitations and equates in accordance with part 2 of article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of Ukraine) to the conclusion by the parties of a bilateral written contract on the terms and conditions set forth below in this Offer.

1.3 The User, who has entered the Site, is obliged to familiarize with the terms of the Offer, Privacy Policy and make marks in the appropriate fields of the Site. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Offer, he must stop using the Site and leave the page. If the User has not put appropriate marks about familiarization and consent (acceptance) of the Offer, Privacy Policy, etc. and continues to make active actions on using the Site, it indicates that the User has accepted the terms of the Offer and Privacy Policy and unconditionally agrees with them.

1.4 By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User confirms his/her legal capacity and legal capability, financial solvency, as well as realizes responsibility for the obligations imposed on him/her as a result of the conclusion of this Agreement. The User confirms the authenticity of his/her personal data, as well as the data of passengers (third parties) and assumes all responsibility for their accuracy, completeness and reliability. The User assumes all possible commercial risks (placing a new order, fare changes, refunds, etc.) associated with his/her culpable actions of making mistakes, inaccuracies when providing personal data.
