All buses of our carrier have a large luggage compartment. To make your trip comfortable and safe, luggage transportation in our company is regulated by certain rules.

The price of your HeyBus ticket includes the transportation of 1 piece of hand luggage (7 kg 30x42x18) and 2 pieces of luggage (20 kg 50x80x30).

According to the safety rules, hand luggage should be stored under the passenger seat or in a special compartment located in the upper part of the bus along the cabin.

Large suitcases must be placed in the luggage compartment of the bus upon boarding. We also recommend that you have a name tag on your suitcase to avoid confusing your luggage with the luggage of other passengers.
