1. 2019 - a Flixbus driver beat up a tourist on the way to Hungary, the corresponding video is still on YouTube. 
2. But judging by the reviews, in general the drivers are good and kind, and do their job efficiently. 
3. 2021 - one of the passengers, a native of African countries, complained to the media that the driver was a racist and expressed racist expressions towards him. The driver was fired. 
4. Review taken from OtzyvUA - “One thing that bothered me was that the drivers take money in advance. But now some positive information. The bus came and picked us up, we got there well, even at the border in line the transport was running, the toilet was working!”

First of all, this question should not be asked to us. Ask yourself this question. Are you ready to put up with possible negative consequences? If we look at the largest review aggregators (TrustPilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor), we see a Flixbus 1.4 rating of 2 out of 5, with a huge number of reviews - from 4,000 to 10,000, depending on the service. This should say something. 

On our own behalf, we just want to add - before choosing, pay attention to other services, in particular younger and less well-known ones. Often, such companies can provide services of a higher quality, since they are just starting to work on their reputation, while Flixbus has already created it, but finds it difficult to maintain it at a positive level.

2. Some users complained about toilets not working on buses. This was due to the fact that some passengers threw garbage into the toilet itself, after which it stopped working.
