Автобус хороший, крісла зручні. На рейсі з Києва до Варшави туалет працював, водії робили мінімум зупинок, що трохи зекономило час проходження кордону. На зворотному рейсі з Варшави до Києва туалет не працював, що не зовсім комфортно, але водій робив періодичні зупинки для цього. В Київ приїхали згідно графіку. Але реклама про безкоштовний чай та каву в автобусі виявилась неправдивою, водії про таке навіть не чули))) Вцілому сервіс оцінюю як добрий, але не відмінний.

Користувалася послугами HeyBus вперше, але залишилася дуже задоволеною. Крісла зручні, ергономічні, що дозволяє з комфортом перенести дорогу та поспати. Салон чистий, розетки працюють, однак на рейсі Київ-Варшава був непрацюючий туалет. На зворотньому рейсі Варшава-Київ все працювало: і туалет, і Wi-Fi, що дуже порадувало. Водії були ввічливі та привітні. Також великим плюсом є те, що попри можливі черги на кордоні, дорога не займає багато часу. Лише один моментик- не було заявлених кави та чаю, але для мене це не грає ролі. Однак, якщо ця послуга є заявленою в квитку, було б приємно нею скористатися. Загалом, HeyBus найкращий перевізник, яким мені доводилося їздити. Всім однозначно рекомендую хоча б раз поїхати з ними, і сама неодмінно їздитиму ще!

I'm not too lazy to leave a review. So far, it was my fastest and overall most pleasant trip from Poland to Ukraine. It is possible to book a place on the website, they left within a minute, polite drivers, clean interior, decent Wi-Fi, there are sockets, they gave out water (coffee and tea were promised on the website, but water is also ok :). There were no transfers, unnecessary stops or pick-ups of left passengers. The only minus - the toilet did not work.
